2022 E11EVEN UNPLUGGED SAUVIGNON BLANC

I would argue that we are truly in a “goldilocks” climate for Sauvignon Blanc…cool enough to promote the bright acidity and tart citrus notes that we seek out each vintage, while also warm enough to achieve some of the tropical fruit aromas and flavors to round the wine. All winegrowing and winemaking is about balance and we think this wine showcases the balance of our terroir along with our efforts and decision-making in the cellar. The 2022 “Unplugged” Sauvignon Blanc showcases mouth-watering notes of citrus, ripe passionfruit, pineapple, and aromatic lemongrass.
